    Hi Sujithra!

I am Chandrika from Bangalore. Recently We have encountered a situation that my husband has to work at Tanzania at Dar Salam for 3 months.

We do not know any one there and my hub's company office also is not there and his company's customer 's office also. But my husband has to take the lead there and initiate the process for the same.

While searching over net we got to know about you. How good is the place?
What kind of food is available? For staying for a period of three months what is prefered mode of stay ? Any shared accommodations will be available? How much it costs ? Any Indian Shops are present? Food stuff?

We would like to know about all these questions. Can you please let us know about your place .
    Thanking you
    Chandrika Sitaram

    hi chandrika
tanzania is the safest place compare to other countries
if u want to stay 3 or 4 months, better to stay at paying guest accommadations. they will give morning breakfast and night dinner. here janaki street (temple street) is there.. there everyday they will provide lunch. or some payaing guest accommodations, they will provide lunch also. veg or non-veg. they will charge between T.shs 350,000/- to 450,000/- per month.

here indian food available restuarants are there.
supermarkets are there and gujarati shops also there... in these will get all food stuff
