Dear Kanaka,
It is great to read that you bake breads regularly!:thumbsup
I do all my baking in Samsung microwave convection oven only. For breads, I use aluminium or non-stick or now silicon moulds.Do not use plastic.
Bread breaks apart
1-if the dough is slightly loose
2 - if the dough has over-risen.
Try allowing time & cut the next day. It is better.
