    Dear Shree,
    Please read my post
Three Types of Karma - Important to understand Vedanta.

However much we may pray for, we will have to live till our prarabhdha karmas are exhausted!! That is only in God's hands.
    Love,
    Chithra.

Re: Check here - the Shlokas Index

    Dear Sree,

It is this त्वया and the meaning is 'in you'. The last sentence (thvaya bhakthim achanchalam) full meaning goes like this - I should have unwavering devotion in you (ie to shiva - which is given in previous line as shambo).

Sorry for butting in mami, thought I can clarify it since I understood the meaning.

    Radhi

    Dear Sree,

    Anaayesaena maraNam
    Vinaa dhainyaena jeevanam
    Daehi mae Kripayaa shambho
    Thvaya bhakthim achanchalam.

This is a prayer to Shiva, requesting him to give death without trouble or pain (first line) , life without poverty (second line) , grant me shambo, out of compassion (or kripai ) (third line) , unwavering devotion in you (last line) .
