honey and cinnamon are having are very useful during pregnancy.they can be used through out the pregnacy without any side effects or complications.

evidence collected from web as follows --
Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects body from bacteria and viral attacks. Scientist found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of honey strengthen the white blood corpuscles to fight bacteria and viral diseases.
cinnamon tea in which honey is also a main ingrediant can be used for nausea and vomtings in early pregnancy. ready made cinnamon bags which are available in super markets are good for pregnant women, who used to take 3 times a day before meals.
other good properties of cinnamon are in the treatment of female infertility --
women who do not conceive, and to strengthen the uterus, have been taking cinnamon powder for centuries. Women who cannot conceive may take a pinch of cinnamon powder in half a teaspoon of honey, and apply it on the gums frequently throughout the day, so that it slowly mixes with the saliva and enters the body.
Honey is safe, yes, but cinnamon in large doses has also been known to trigger miscarriages.

EVERYTHING IN LIMIT.. dont over-do it

i think u got answer. good luck
