Hi, I want to make cake in my kitchen by myself. I don't have microwave oven. Pls give me the reciepe to make cake in pressure cooker. Thanks in advance. -Shashi
I generally do not even eat cakes. Certainly not bake them. One thing: never ever bake a cake in an aluminum pressure cooker. Or if you do, do not use the cooker afterwards as a pressure cooker. Cake baking temperatures and times will fully anneal aluminum and considerably reduce its burst strength. SS cookers will not anneal at these temperatures. You can bake in those. Many standard brands of cake mixes are available in the market. You may experiment with those first, before essaying on 'Sing a song of six pence... wasn't that a dainty dish to set before the King?'' Till you get more baking experience, you may remain the only dainty dish to set before your king. Arunadhri
