Atlast i got my dream home after two years search.

Dear all,

Last month i shifted to my dream home,for achieving this dream home me and my DH we hunted for 2 years to get it done,ours is a love marriage we started searching before 6month of our marriage and finally we achieved it by one and half years of married life,we started searching for one bhk in the beginning and finally end up with 2bhk,things got changed in our decision of buying one bhk to 2bhk... when we realized about the space advantage and accommodating things which are necessary,we find the house got occupied of things.eventhough we are only 2 person we find it difficult to arrange birthday party,or inviting guest for festival,none of our relatives, friends didn't stayed coz of lack of space and privacy in the rented one bhk.so we started hunting for 2bhk,we cancelled many 2bhk coz either it's not spacious as we want or over budgeted, and brokers were not much confident about the property, either the master bed room will be small to accommodate our wardrobe or vastu problem or it won't be L-shape hall... so and so...
we also went and visited so many property exhibition and finally we find our dream home in one of the property exhibition, we went and saw on the same day..that time something made us to proceed.since me and my husband start our married life from zero without any supports from our family member,relatives and friends,it put us difficult in arranging black money,so we hunted purely for full white,and luckly we got it for full white and the bank also provided 93% housing loan,i paid token amount on my birthday date and booked the house,its was very memorable day to me and DH, builder also waited near about 3month to get money from bank & me and DH we applied for combined loan and shared everything 50-50% which cost us to purchase,luckily we got all the aspect we looked for in that house location,vastu,L-shape hall,spacious rooms wide balcony on every room,our dream came true with the success and strength of love between me and DH .. we got our dream home by 2years hunting.This was our greatest target ever we achieved in our life,we have just completed one month and 7days of staying in our dream home,also we feel our home is so lucky for us coz our work load in office got increased and we are getting paid more for what we deserve.feeling so happy and proud to be a owner now...our parents also started staying with us in weekend's and spend quality of time with us.
