    Dear Dr.Jyoti
    I just came across this thread and very happy for this. I have some questions and looking for treatment options.
    1. Acne/pimple. My face is full of acne. red spots sometimes big and painful. Is there is a way to stop completely. Because i tried some ointment here namely benzoyl peroxide prescribed by a dermatologist. The problem is when i stop the medication it keeps coming back. I want a complete remedy.
    2. My age is 29 and Iam married for 4yrs now. The question is me and my husband are ttc for the past 2yrs. When i went to GYN here they told me that the quality of my is not very good and that might be the reson for not getting pregnant. Is there is any medicine that i could try to improve my egg quality.
    Pls anwer my questions. waiting for ur answer.

    Dear Jalskumar,

    I can very well understand your concern for your daughter. If lucoderma has just begun then immediately start Ayurveda treatment, definitely you will find very good results. Is it possible for you to come to Belgaum to get the treatment done? If you visit once, detailed evaluation can be made and suitable treatment can be adopted. If its not possible for you to come then I can suggest medicines , but consulting directly and prescribing without seeing differs a lot.

    Dear Suji,
    I understood your problem. I suggest you the following medicines:
    1. Ashta Choornam: 1/2 tsf twice daily mixed with warm water befor breakfast and dinner
    2. Sukumara Kashayam: 2 tsf twice daily with 4 tsf warm water befor food.

    Avoid the following foods:
    Anything which is dry e.g. Chooda, puffed rice, snacks etc.
    Peas, groundnuts

    Dear Choodamani,
    Have you undergone USG of abdomen? If yes then please send the findings, if not you should undergo.

    As of now considering your history I suggest you the following medicine.

    Tablet Nirocil which contains Bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus Niruri also known as Phyllanthus amarus), Dose: 2 tablets thrice daily after food for 30 days.

    Patolakaturohinyaadi (Patolaadi) Kashayam (Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala): Dose- 15 ml with 30 ml warm water 1/2 hr before food thrice daily.

    Dear Geeta,

    As per your height you are Obese. You should decrease your weight first.

    Then regarding fibroids please write me the USG report in detail, because its necessary to know the size and site of fibroids.

    And also tell me your doctor's opinion on this. Have they suggested surgery or anything else?

    Most of the children have the same problem. I suggest the following medicine for him-

    1. Syp Bonnisan (Himalaya Drug Company)
    1tsf thrice daily before feeding

    Thanks a lot for your advise. I have just spoken to Dr.Nehra. She will be back in October, but she suggested to meet one of her colleague in hospital. I will also start taking these two medicines.
