HI we are planning to get a sun direct DTH service. need some advice on how good is the clarity and the customer service and other aspects... kindly help me ..
Hi, We had a Sun DTH for almost 2.5 years. Now we have Dish Tv. I would prefer either Tata sky or dish Tv than Sun Dth. The value money is more in the latter. Also they(tata sky , dish tv) provide u more channnels for same amount than Sun direct. Aslo Please find the below link. I have Tata Sky for 3 years now.Customer service is very good.Also the combination of channels (Hindi,English,Tamil,Telugu etc.) packages are good value for money.If you take the same package in SUN direct it will cost you more. Other than that i think Airtel is good.I checked the packages they are similar to tata sky.Iam donno about the service ,but iam using airtel post-paid,broadband for over 5 years,its very good,so assuming the service will be same on DTH as well.
