    Dear Sunkan,

    Wow. Lot of information about tea. Thanks for sharing. I knew about the virtues of black tea and I had taken Green leaf Tea and it did produce wonders for weight reduction. I am reminded of Kalaivanar N.S. Krishnan's comment about tea. When he was asked Tea or coffee? he sid, 'tea ye mathuram'. (T.A. Mathuram was his wife).

    That was a nice article...... With lot of information.... I worked in the tea industry for 2 yrs. The smell of fresh tea is great.....

    U tempt me with great photos of Coffee/Tea/Cakes....... What more is on the pipeline......

    Poor me...... Seeing all these things getting hungry...... and running around for bakeries and increasing the tyre......

    i can understand veda,
    what with your family away in india, you will drool over all the photgraphs and increase ur appetite....many more on pipeline sometime i am running out of ideas, give me a hint of your likes may be i will come out with a superb layout of what u have asked for...sunkan

    hi sunkan,

    Tea..i like the fresh aroma of the tea brewing...with a little ginger and tulasi..:2thumbsup:

    I like herbal teas more..ginger and lemon..cammomile, cinnamon..peach.....green is ok...(have not acquired the taste)


    I recently found all the ayurvedic medicines used for weight reductions, bp...all come as tea bags.......
