    Hey Mindi

What a hilarious bedroom scene :). I am sorry I don't have any home remedy or non-home remedy to suggest for you. My hubby normally does not snore (yet). When he is extremely tired, that is when it happens but he wakes up startled the very next second he snores. I think deep inside he must be very conscious about it and he wakes up as a reflex action to stop the snoring.

But on the other hand, I can sleep anywhere anytime. I can slip into oblivion too very easily and even if an elephant stomps on me when I sleep, it does not matter to me as I would never know. At the moment hubby has been complaining every night of mosquito menace but I have absolutely no idea what is going on around me during night. Possibly the Mozart piece being performed by the mozzies are putting me off to sleep and I am too thick skinned to even feel their bites!!!! Only when I wake up in the morning, I find quite a few kiss bites from the mozzies on my face.

Snoring with lots of love and affection for you....how can you say no to that!!

Oh my Mindi, it feels like this scene is playing in my bedroom. Oh my.. I keep nudging my DH after waiting for a while. I even taped his snoring in a mp3 player to show him how loud it is. Poor guy didnt recognize the sound when I replayed it the next day , the kids were so excited in pulling appa's leg. We tried buying a 125$ pillow that they advertised, the nose plugs etc. but to no avail. I tell him to keep awake until i start dozing off.. I think we have to just get used to it as white noise. No escaping.
I was laughing through your post, enjoying the similarities,
    Aparna

    Hi Aparna,

you don't know how nice it makes me feel to know that I am not the lone sufferer hahhaha

thanks for letting me know that these so called anti snoring devices are not very helpful at all.I always prefer to try already tried and tested remedies :)
thanks dear for the visit and hope to see you in Blr this august.

Shall we start a community for wives with SNORING hubbys? Ours is love marriage. I never thought that I will have problem in sleeping with him. :(
Till I get sleep, I used to give a pat on his back (he immediately shuts off his generator :)dunno how....) Many days I have seen him sleeping in other room as I was struggling in half sleep. He is so sweeeet.....He is feeling bad to consult Dr for this. Somehow I have convinced finally to go to Dr on coming weekend...Waiting eagerly...
