am tensed please advice me !!!

    Dear ladies,
    I need your advice.. am very much worried..
    I am in my fourth month now.. today i put washing machine.. and did little work.. in house and then came to work

    Am having back or hip pain (not sure what it is - whether it is back or hip).. I do not know if it is because of the strain or if it is the normal pain in 4 month ..am at work and am really tensed..Have i hurt the baby by bending too much..

    one more thing, i used to bend at waist.. only now i came to know you shd bend knees but shd not bend at waist.. but all this while i made this huge mistake..

    am a bit scared actually..please can you tell me something..any advice..any reassurance.. am not able to work.

    backpain is one common thing in pregnancy
    i have it since i concived i never lifted any heavy objects or did bending work but i still have it
    its tail bone pain and is in horirble stage now
    as far as i know its common so take some rest after you go home and see
    if you think it still persists please check with your gyn

    All these worries and tensions are common among to-be mommies.Dont worry god is a genius and he has made our babies strong enough.You cannot harm the LO by all these.But the fact you have strained yourselves.The position while bending is as you said.Should bend the knees and not the waist.Past is past dont worry about ti.But see to that you take care in the future.

    The hip pain or rib pain is common in pregnancy and especially when you had a tough day with long working hours.So never overdo anymore.take enough intervals and do any such activities.

    Eat well and rest a lot. Do not think about this and stress yourselves.Think positively.Take care :thumbsup

    Thank you for the advice.. yes, am not going to strain from now on.. and i will monitor for a day or so and then check with my gyn.

    thanks a million for this reassurance.. I will stop worrying about this and take more care..in future.. Am also listening to sloka now :) just to be more positive and forget this..

    This is common pain during pregnancy. Dont worry....
    I have simple remedy for this..... do try this.
    Boil a spoon of jeera and 1/2 spoon of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water.... let it reduce it 1 glass. Drinking this water,it will reduce back and hip pain(it works for me).
