What are the requirements for applying to Physiotherapist job in Switzerland?

Hi - I am a married women in Zurich,Switzerland. Currently I am on tourist visa till July end and then willbe on Dependent Type Visa for an year atleast. I am a Physiotherapist by profession with a total of around 2 years of experience (Clinical + Home Patients). I want to do some job over here as soon as I get a Dependent Visa. Can anyone suggest/guide me through? Will I need to take up any exam? What are the requirements for applying to a job as a Physiotherapist in Switzerland? What is the proper channel to find out a suitable job, since on most of the vaccancy sites, I could not find any job for Physiotherapy. One thing to add, I only know English and Hindi laguages. Will I be required to learn German for apllying for the post of a Physiotherapist??

You must contact a resident in your profession, who can offer you guidance in this regard or you can search online those who are in your profession will be able to guide you.

please contact physioswiss - Schweizer Physiotherapie Verband - Willkommen I dont know if they can give information in English, but should be able to answer all your questions (at least in German or French)

Hi Payal,
I am not really aware about your field but on a general level i can say your job definitely requires good German speaking skills and you may also have to give an exam for security and authorization of your position, as you would be dealing with the health and security of people.
