HI friends, Was looking all pages if there are any ideas to go around in Karnataka alongwith Bangalore & Mysore. Hope that someone here can help me out. Planning this trip coming July/August. Which is a better place to visit during those months as read that Hampi is not a good choice to go. All yr ideas are welcome. Thanks.
We have lot many sight seeing places in and around karnataka apart from bangalore and mysore. Long ago we went, but it was more like a pilgrim rather typical sight seeing. You can go to the following places - Belur,Halibedu,sravanabelagola,Dharmasthala,Hampi,Hasan,sriranga patnam, Udipi,Nandi hills etc which are rich in sculptures of indian tradition and culture. These are just few hours from Bangalore. We made belur,halibedu,sravanabelagola on a single day through a car. Rest of the places are few extra hours, no doubt you will enjoy these places.
