Sola wood work - Dhurga maa

    I am uploading pictures of Dhurga maathaa made of thermacol sheet sola wood and straw.For embelishment I've used stones.

    I must thank Saroj for taking so much pain in merging the figures of the Devi and giving me the print out. I must also thank Nirmaladevi my friend who helped me a lot to complete the picture.
    I got inspiration to do this project from vanithe programme in udhaya TV

    Vchinta ma, I am glad to be the first one to view it to give my feedback.
    It has come out so beautifully.
    The intricate work in this is cutting the jewellery part to perfection.........all are of the same size and shape and I loved the way you have stuck stones on them and completed her alangaram.
    You have just done it to perfection !! No doubt about your patience and hard work.
    I am sure you must have used loads of sola wood completing it to this size.

    Dear Sudha ,
    Happy to receive the first feed back from you.Did you get the print out enlarged in Chennai.I didnot use much of solawood I used a number of thermacol plates.

    Thankyou so much for your inspirational words.About vanithe programme of Udhaya varthagalu tv for the past 6 months they have stopped the programme I appeal to the senior IL committee to make an appeal to the tv for the revival of the programme for the benefit of art lovers.
