A Terrific Day - But a wonderful experience

Dear all,

This year the day after Valentines Day was very terrific for my family. On Valentines day 3 of our friends gathered to be together atleast lets be with friends was our attitude. That night my first DD fell sick her temperature shoot up to 38.6 C. I gave her medicine and the night passed by. Next day I got the doctor's appointment by 6:30 PM.

By 6'o clock i called my DH and found out that he was out of office. In next five minutes he called me and said

" Meena, I met with an accident. Sorry I cant come So you go with one of our friend. Very sorry I let you down .... " Hanged up.

Thats it My thoughts went up and down. All the questions when, where, how, what? appeared before me.

" I know I have to face this eventful evening.
I know that We have to face some hurdles in life.
All I request you is to give me sometime to breathe.
I can get through this only if you are with me.
SO BE WITH ME UNTIL ITS ALL OVER "


Something struck my little brain "if he is hurt very badly then someone else will be calling me so he is not hurt bad." So I started attending to my first DD.
I first called the doctor straight and told him I am on my way to the hospital.
One of our friend picked myself & my 2 DDs to hospital. By the time we reached there it was close to 8 (They close the hospital support services by 8) so I had to call the doctor again and got the admission thru the insurance.

There Doctor suspected pnemonia for my First DD and asked me to do the X -Ray. Doc asked why I looked pale ... I told him about the accident. He said I will be with you until your Dh comes. Dont worry. I told myself (Only the trunk is missing ... mean he is like God VInayaka to me at that time )
He came to the X-ray Lab which was downstairs & discussed x-ary with 2 other doctors and then took us to the emergency unit to administer a bottle of salain with antibiotics plus 2 other antibiotics. To control the spread immediately.

So we cannot go out of the hospital. My Friend was with me taking care of my second DD. I called my DH to find his whereabouts. It was not a major accident. So he went to the traffic police and booked the case and came home. I told him to buy some bread and butter for all of us that night. He came to the hospital around 10'o clock by then our other friend came with a box of idllies and sugar. We all ate it in the closed stall and by the time we left the hospital it was exactly midnight. Our friends came along with us until we stepped into our house.

I straight went to Vinayaka and said. " Thank you for being with me through in human roopa "

I rememberd the Dropathi & Sri Krishna ...
If we have faith on some ultimate thing ...
that force will lead you and
give you courage to overcome anything in life.

Soldier .... That night after this big drama I didnt get sleep .I was shunting between my DH's bed and m DD's bed. Was very much affected. It took a long time to unwind these things. God bestowed his blessings on my family that day and saved us from lot of things.

Sandhya ... My first DD's name is Vaijayanthi @ Vaiju and secondone is Kirthana @ Kirthi. My DD is alright now and it was the right time I admitted her in the hospital. Doc said had you delayed for a day even it will be worsen already the infection is spread in the right side widely ... OMG !!!

Thanks to God for showing me the true colours of my friends ... I am really blessed to have a handful of true friends ... this includes IL too ....
