    Everyone needs appreciation and encouragement. With encouragement we are able to show our talent more and more.
    Especially for those who do something for the first time.

    Some people know how to appreciate others but some either dont know to appreciate or dont like to appreciate. Usually ladies like appreciation from gents in what ever work they do. When their cooking is appreciated they feel like cooking different kind of dishes everyday.

    For growing children if we appreciate whatever they do they learn so many things and like to show their talent. Here in IL we get lotof encouragement from others , I dont think there is any other site where this much friendship and love is there between eveyone. Its like a family. Long live IL family and kudos to everyone here.

    Very true viji ma! in my earlier replies also i have mentioned a few times that IL is an ocean.It has a rich loving,caring culture which is very rare to find on any other social site.i am so new to IL but feel as if we were all friends since our childhood.hats off to IL.regs-anu:)

    Appreciation is a catalyst to perform better. With the right dose of appreciations at right moments, we can see wonders happening be it at home or at office. But the appreciation should be from the heart.

    But name-sake appreciations (vanja pugazhchi or manja pugazhchi - something they say in Tamil) should not be encouraged.

    Rightly said viji Mam.
    We women since we do many things without any selfish motive and to always please others and keep others happy, the only thing that we would like is to have little appreciation for the work we do.

    But sadly most of the times its taken for granted and people dont see a big deal in what we do.

    A little bit of appreciation may multiply our efforts by 10 times. Thats how i guess we women are designed :)
