    Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me in which name I should try and find "Pirandai" (which we use for making vathal/vadam and so on)? This I am asking as I live in Canada and I do not know by which English name/terminology one should look for "Pirandai". Thanks in advance and hoping to hear from you soon.

The English name for Pirandai is Bone vine,Botanical name cissus adnata, cissus pallid.
we can use it to cook tender part with leaveTHUVAYAL,PITTALAI,SAMBAR etc other parts we extract the juice and prepare vathal, appalam etc
