simple sci reason is shifting house is a big work.That may affect the health of a pregnant lady.That s it.The work revolving around house shifting is too much u know.And pregnant ladies are adviced against all stress both mental and physical.As usual like all other practices elders dont tell the reasons and they just say - dont.
hi, generally our elders say not to. if there is no other go for u then go ahead otherwise if there is no urgency then wait till u deliver. b'cos if u happen to get sick after your shifting then u can be easily blamed. this happened to me.

hi, i think moms house or in laws house is admissible. we have a tradition during pregnancy they send the girl to her moms place. my previous post was for shifting to a house for rent or own.
