Hi Lakshmi,

Mine is 1bd 1ba @1273$ per mnth, 700 sq ft with Washer n dryer in the unit. Rent prices vary every day. They gave 1mnth rent free offer for us. They have referral discount as well, if you are interested I can refer you.

Locality is nice and posh.

i stay in fremont. i'm currently staying for about 1.3 months.
fremont is full of desis. and in my apt i find many north indians and less than few south indians,
i m happy i met a telugite ...
