enfapro+ or NAN 2

I give my baby nestle nan 1 as of now. But after the 6 months are over we are supposed to shift to nan2. But when i spoke to my paed, he suggested to give enfapro + instead of nan 2. Says nan2 doesnt have dha and ara. Any suggestions anybody.
For one thing enfarpro+ is almost double the cpst at 400rs a tin. i know its costly coz its a usa brand. But if it is the same constitution as any other formula milk then y go for the most expensive one in the market. Are there other choices i have?
Currently my baby is 5 months - 4 days (6 months running)

Oh i forgot to add this.. source internet says.. enfapro + is a follow up milk. and nan 1 or enfamil is infant milk. Follow up milk has lots more protein and if feeding only formula feeds then better to continue with infant milk like enfamil which has lesser proteins.

Any comments on this????

hi i ve been giving nan 1,2 and now giving nan3,more or less it has same contents as enfapro.but nan is economically cheaper compared to enfapro,and if u c enfapro tin it contains only 3/4th when u open it,whereas nan tins are full and compared to medjohnson nestle is a good company.my dr told me to continue with nan and ill continue nan3 till she completes 2 yrs

HI Krozwindz,
I gave Nan 1 and Nan2 for my son. I was giving Nan 1 till he was one year old. then i was asked to give pediasure. i was told nan 1 and 2 are best as it is the best supplement for mother's milk. it will be filling too. because my son never use to disturb me at least for two hours.

i dont und the whole idea of giving a new follow up, when baby is doing well with nan.one of the threads i had mentioned info about follow up formulas for vidya, that i came across... i think its which formula is best ,thread.... do chk aditi

of all the things i would have never expected this surprise.. u know abt mumbai coz u stayed there.. u know about hydrabad and coimbatore coz u live there now and u know bengali and gujrati because of ur parents.. wow .. thats a handful... national integration at its best...
