Vedari Maharishi 'simplified kudalini yoga' Mandram available in Oman.people those who are searching for vedatri Maharishi Simplified kudalini yoga classes in Muscat, can join & utilize it. It is located at Ruwi. Since i am attending the classes regularly, i thought this information may be useful to others those who are residing in Oman. Vazhga valathudan.

 

i am in ruwi,in the same road as alfalaj hotel,darsait.can i know where exactly is the class.my mother went for these classes in chennai,and she found it useful.can u tellme whether they have classes for children also.

And about neem oil, i checked at haridas also.but couldnt find there.so i have to add that in my shopping list of things to bought from chennai.Hope i get it there atleast.

Welcome pashni, i too hope so. class assemble in bhagawan building in Ruwi & i don't how to explain the route, Iam not that much femiliar abt routes here, i will ask my husband. childrens above 12 can join. as of now no children attending classes here.

My husband is going to Muscat (i think Sohar) on an official project.It is his first trip to an arabian country. He is going to stay there for two weeks. Though the office will provide the accommodation, food arrangements has to be made by himself. It will be better for me if my IL friends could help me out in this matter.

What kind of food items (raw) he can bring from india so that he can cook and eat. How about the availability of fruits and vegetables there.
Is it cheap?

He is planning to leave by next week. It will be of a great help if any one could guide me. Do let me know what is the total weight of luggage to be carried. I heard it as 30 kg per person without handbag. Is that correct?

It is in cbd area, near hsbc bank,next of bhawan travels buliding.

Take Ruwi round about,straight to 3rd signal & turn left, then again take right,immediate right u can see bhagwan buliding. classes will be on friday at 8-9.30am only.

I hope this route will help u pashni & let me know abt the status of reaching Maharishi mandram.

Here veg...s are costly only. Sohar is outskrit place of Muscat but good shopping malls are there, can get vege.. from there. He can bring rice from india along with some poddis like parupu,thenga etc.... side dishes he can cook i think. If u r a south indian above my suggestion will suit for u or some other esle rotis & side dishes will available in any one of coffeshops here (But not sure abt taste)
Fruits availability is good in sohar,can be purchased from Lulu hyper mkt..
