LongRun Kids Things to get from US to India

Hi ,
I was in US for 3 yrs and moved back to chennai 3 yrs back with my 10 month old son. I bought lots and lots of toys for him from there.I bought many playschool, leapfrog, vtech educational toys for different age group. Most of them from craigslist which is very cheap but still quality is great.
Then I brought diapers. U can use them until ur kid is potty trained. The diaper here of different quality even if the company is same.
Then i bought many books which my son can use even until he is in high school.
Also bring some baby foods. I brought some finger foods, snacks etc for him. Don't forget those medicines that ur pediatrician prescribes while travelling. My son was in and out of several disease for many months. So be very careful with ur kid until she gets adjusted to everything.

BTW, we r moving back to Fremont once more in 3 weeks. In case ur r planning to sell of any of ur Indian items, please let me know, so that I will have to carry only that less number of items from India. We will be landing on 21st.

We are also moving back to India in few months.I am also shopping for Vtech,Leapfrog toys for my kids.You can get some sippers with Dora and other stuffs,Dora backpacks might also help.Most of them are available in India too.

In addition you can get some hard anodised cookware for you too.They are really worth the price.

BTW which way are you taking the luggage,only checking in airlines /shipping it through Sea.Let me know if you know any shipping companies.

 

Regarding the appliances, i'l can let u know only when i reach there. I was thinking mostly of indian things. Nice to hear that u are able to take them back home. I dumped almost everything
