    Hello Krishnaamma
thanks for the bread recipes. They are very helpful.I would like to add another simple recipe to your collection.

    Potato Bread Spread:
    Bread slices - 6
    Ingredients for potato spread:
2 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
    1 very finely cut onion
    1/4 tsp garam masala powder
    1/4 tsp red chilli powder
    salt to taste
    juice of half a lemon
2 tbsps finely cut coriander leaves

Mix all the ingredients for the spread with mashed potatoes. Apply this paste to the bread on one side. Put the tava/ griddle on the stove and spread a tsp of oil. carefully place the bread slice on the tava and roast the potato paste on the bread slice until slightly brown. repeat with all the bread slices.

Alternatively, the same spread can be used to prepare sandwiches and can be toasted.

Yes, you can use left overs to create new meal, if you think its okay you can now start steaming the left over to oven to avoid being spoilage and do your recipe that you can for it.
