    குடியும், பெண் விடுதலையும்

    சுமங்கலியாக இருக்க நீ அமங்களியாக வேண்டுமா?
    குடியும், குடித்த பின் அடியும் வாங்கப் பிறந்தாயா?
    குடியுடன் கூடிக் கூடி குழந்தை பெறப் பிறந்தாயா?
    குற்றியுரும், குறவயிருமாய் இருக்கத்தான் பிறந்தாயா?
    அண்டி வாழ்ந்து உன் வாழ்கை தனை துறந்தாயா?
    வாழப் பிறந்த சூட்சுமம் ஒன்றை மறந்தாயா?

    விழித்தெழும் நேரம்,
    இது தான் பெண்ணே;
    உன் குழந்தைகளையும்,
    அதுபோல் ஆக்காதே கண்ணே.

    நீ படிக்க வில்லை, ஆனால்
    வாழ்க்கைப் பாடமுமா,
    இன்னும் படிக்கவில்லை?

    விடியும் வரை காத்திருக்காதே,
    விரைந்திடு விடியலைத் தேடி,
    உன் விடுதலை நாடி,
    நன்மைகள் கோடி -
    உனக்கும் உன் குழந்தைகளுக்கும்.

    சமர்ப்பணம்:

    உலக பெண்கள் தினம் என்றே அறியாத,
    படிக்காத, பாமர, பாரதப் பெண்ணுக்கு.

    aarputham ponga. Vaazhtha vaarthaigal illai. I remembered my old friend whose husband was a drunkard. They lived in a small quarters with only one bedroom and she had two grown up children. Most of the nights the man will come fully loaded and one can imagine how much torture she might have suffered. Because of the children, She couldnt react anything. Twice she tried to finish her life but didnt succeed. With all that she finished her SSLC ( She was already worked as an attender in the company hospital) and made her two children got good studies. This time I heard that both the children are well employed and got married but her beloved husband is continuing like as before. I am wondering about the capacity of his lungs.

    Dear Nat,
    Very nice thinking. Regarding drinks, Government acts really selfish, for they hav'nt ban drinks . Just because they get more profit from this , they are least bother about its posterior problems.

    the governments are dilly-dallying, they ban, open & again ban......

    it's the people who should realize and especially the women folks who suffer because of this.

    i wish they wake up & fight the evil for a better future.
