Do you want to reduce the fat in your cheeks ???

    Hello Ladies

    In our exercising routine most of us do not concentrate on the face, resulting in a perfect body and a sagging face.

    With the age facial muscles loosen or fat is deposited in the cheeks, resulting in saggy or chubby cheeks.

    Follow some simple exercises to strengthen the facial muscles, resulting in firm cheeks.

    1. Sit down or stand straight, suck your cheeks inside with full strength and slowly blow air into the cheeks, keeping the mouth shut. Repeat the exercise for about 20 - 30 times initially.

    2. Open you mouth wide as if screaming then close. Repeat the exercise for about 20 - 30 times initially.

    3. Take a cream of your choice and massage your cheeks in upward and circular motion to improve the blood circulation.

    The exercises done for the cheeks stimulate the blood circulation in the face, resulting in less or no pimples( please read my previous thread "how no to get pimples" in skin care section).

    Repeat the exercises for 10 days slowly increasing number of counts to 50 to get the desired results.

    Thanks for those nice tips, I will try them, i also have 2 more from my side
    Exercise 1
    • Stand or sit comfortably with your posture straight. Do not slouch. Rest your chin on your chest. Now slowly raise you head and tilt backwards.
    • Go as far as you can, but within your comfort limits. Don't strain your neck muscles. Shut your mouth tight so that you can feel the neck muscle stretch.
    • Count to 10. Bring your head back to normal position. Repeat.
    • You can slowly increase the count of this exercise to 10 times a day.
    Exercise 2


    • Stand comfortably. Keep your head straight. Do not tilt. Now open your mouth wide and stick your tongue out as far as possible. Count to 10 and relax.
    • You can do this exercise as many times as you wish

    Hi Radhika,

    Yesterday and Today i did ur excercises for fat cheeks, first one is normal, but after i did second one, i could feel the stretch on my neck and cheek muscles and i felt this excercise is works, very happy today:)

    Good to know you started the exercises for the cheeks. Whenever you look into the mirror you can see the new ddpthi with thin cheeks. Give yourself a pat, you need that.

    Now coming to me I never diet, I try to eat healthy and try not to miss my exercises. It is an ongoing process. I try to combine the exercises I mentioned in all my previous threads.

    Iam doing lots of excercises for hands, legs, cheeks and double chin (i hve included ur excercises in my routine). I hope i vil be able to reach my target soon...
