Handmade Hats ... Loving Knitting

Hi CMs,
Here are some more woolen wonders of my DH's Grandma. She made it for my DDs. They just love her and she loves to make it for them. She made many other hats for them but many of them are dirty as they wear only her granny's caps.

My sister bought them a very nice cap with scarf from istanbul. My DDs told her "L .. ma, please dont buy us this Granny is making wonderful and she makes just what we want .. so you buy us the frocks and skirts ..." Such is their liking for the handmade caps.

First Foto is the cap made for my first Daughter last year matching her school uniform. (with ear flap)

Second one is the cherry cap made for my First daughter 2 years back. Fully covered ... very frequently used

Third one is made for my first DD to match her fancy frocks ... an antique white lace pattern ....

Fourth one is for my Second DD ... her favourite orange pumpkin hat ... with ear flap ...

Fifth one is for my second DD ... A brittle pink cable hat ... one of the most pretty hat ...

She made all these wonders in 2 days max. after seeking the approval from my kids she does these ... such is her affection ...
