Please share ur views about the locality(chemmenchery, perumbakam)...Our major attraction for the property was due to BVM inside the township. ...Has anyone purchased there or know about the property? Hi Jani, Many people have booked in Bollineni keeping the school in mind. But be sure that there is no reservation for buyers in bollineni. The school will take the call on admission as a regular procedure.

(availability list which BSCPL guys provided) Please tell me which floor and block u opted for? thought the rates are quite reasonable, we have very less available units in Phase 1. Phase 2 wiill be the multi storey building which they are planning by next year i guess. They didnt release certain blocks as they are waiting for the exisiting blocks to be sold. block 17 has all the units but heard that there is a graveyard behind. BSCPL told that they are making arrangements to remove the graveyard as the necessary documents has been produced to govt. Block 30a, 30b, 30c are near the club house. if u wish u can choose it over. tell me whether u r looking for 2 BHK or 3 BHK. regards AA.
Hi Anith, Thanks for your valuable comment. We were planing to book an apartment in block 17 which is the only 2BHK available currently. Now we are reconsidering it and planning to go for a 3 BHK. Soon we will make a visit and will check the 30A/B/C blocks. Regards, Divshan.
