Hi, Me and my mom had a debate over this topic. I support "Smart work" I have noticed Smart workers. Smart workers are very clear about their strengths & weaknesses. They are good in taking decisions because they always analyse different ways to finish off a job in less time span. They never forgo the pleasure of enjoying life, just take life as it comes. Since they choose an apt field for them, they don't regret for even working hard at times. I feel this will take them to the pinnacle of success! But hard workers work work and work just having in mind the word called SUCCESS and not knowing where they are leading. Also they always seem frustrated about life. Does this attitude gonna help them??? Take your stand and tell me what you feel about it??
I Support Smart Work. Hard Work means hardly working. Hard Workers use their heart. Hard Workers are sincere, Dedicated,Obedient, etc., Where as smart Workers use their mind to do a task. Smart Workers are intelligent, Clever,Result Oriented People. In today's scenario Both are essential. Regards Sugi
I will go with Smart workers .. even if the person who works smartly is good or bad, they ultimately win! A good person works smart means finishes his work faster and enjoys the remaining life to its fullest A bad person (not really meaning bad, but in genral, say a bad manager?:crazy) works smart - liek say tells people that xxx person has worked BECAUSE I MADE HIM work and not because he is sincere,smart,intellegent, bla blah blah ... So u see. i think smart workers win!:biglaugh
To say in simple terms if we do "Hard Work" we can satisy our innerself as we will work with our heart...If we do "Smart Work" we can satify our bosses as we will work smartly to win their heart...I mix up both at my workplace...
