    Oh Sorry! Yes I seem to have missed out on them! Anyway, that request was for the people who were new to these terms. I am sure people who missed out on your earlier threads and came to the latest-Avastha thrayam will be led to your earlier threads to understand the new terms through my request! That way, my ignorance of those threads has been able to bridge the gap!
    I will also go through those threads now.

    Thankyou for your post.
    You rightly said that your post will lead others to read or revise the old posts for better understanding.
    I am building up in stages, so that when I come to Atma, we will learn that Atma is something which is not any of these, but still permeates through our body !
    Before I start writing from Gita 2.11, we have to understand all about Atma.
    It is with a lot of apprehension about my capacity to make even a lay person understand, that I write these topics.

    When you mentioned about Avasthatrayam I had guessed that it should be only the three states-Jagrad, swapna and Sushupthi.
    You are spoon feeding everything and I am sure that everybody will understand
    your explanation. Thank you for the pains you are taking to simplify everything.

    Yet another lucid post. The three statesare brought out with least ambiguity and when you connected the three avasthas with the three sareeras every difficult word falls into place. I feel as though I am sailing in a boat in a breezy weather.So relaxing your posts are!.
