Personally by experience i have come to a conclusion that the same tailor can stitch a great blouse for one and spoil for another client This time i stitched one blouse (raw silk with lining) at Pamban tailors (just across Pamban swamy temple near kalakshetra) and i'm not disappointed. He only takes his own sweet time. For me he promised in 4 days and since i was flying out somehow managed to get the job done in 10 days. Sorry i can't remember the rate since i paid in bulk for salwars, falls plus this blouse but he charges reasonably only. you may like to stitch one first and then depending on the result go ahead with more.

sorry Tharini, I have neither the phone number nor the exact address for this tailor. This is enroute Besant Nagar from Kalakshetra. Ask for Pamban swamy temple which is about 500 mts from kalakshetra. Exactly opp the temple is this tailor 'Pamban outlook Fashions'. It's a small shop. next to his shop is a guy stitching mattress.

Hey try vastra..It is a boutique..a lady runs it..

It is in 2nd main rioad...Gandhi nagar(adyar)..not too far from besant nagar right...i have been stitching here for the past 3 years..including my wedding blouses..

Give a trial blouse..and insist that itz going to be a model for your wedding collections..she will take care of the rest..

vastra design studio is on 4th main road gandhi nagar adyar,diagonally opp to vidya mandir school.once u go to vidya mandir school u can locate from there.

I would personally suugest Vastra.She is damn costly and her work is not worth the price we pay for.She has her own rules.We have to wait a long time.If you go after 6 u cant try the dresses.You atleast need to go there for atleast 2-3 times to get your work done.
And I hate attitude of the lady there ..forgot her name..She thinks she is the only good tailor in whole world...
I gave one costly dress of mine and she simply spolit it. My suggestion Aviod Vastra..

 

You r absolutely right RVINOTHINI..That lady who runs VASTRA has so much of attitude and she always does mistakes but no perfection..
I gave my costly blouse for stitching..but she spoilt it totally..it was a total disaster..That lady,she was so lethargic and she didn't even take it as a big issue and she never felt sorry about that...I jus had such a bad experience over there.I got a head ache only..she doesn't listen to us and also she doesn't respond properly..She even spoilt my salwar which i gave there..I would strongly oppose VASTRA...Plz Avoid VASTRA..

 

Hi ladies, there is a Vasthra in K.K.Nagar it a very nice place. They make amazing designer blouses and bridal blouses, their work is very good, though they take some time to deliver they are very professional. Recently my cousin stitched her wedding blouses in Vasthra K.K.Nagar, they did an awesome job, they gave us a lot of suggestions and were very friendly. They also make excellent patterns on Salwars. Try out these people ladies!!!...
