    Please help advise me on some ayurveda practices and herbs for fertility. I have been trying to conceive for over 3 years.

    phalasarpis ghee product of kottackal aryavaidya sala chanted with santhanagopala mantra is very powerfull for helping fertility. you may post your history and details like your menestrul cycle, did u go for first remedy? did u checked the gyno problems or count of your hus etc in my thread sampradaya chikitsa for a detailed advise.
