Easy ways to impress our Guru

Everyone in our life worshipping 'God' in their own ways by chanting mantras, doing poojas, going to temples, regularly but still we use to think that why God has not solved our problem or fulfilled our wishes in spite of doing all these things regularly and naturally we get frustations and scolding the Lord for not showering His blessings on us. This is the human tendancy. In such a scenario, we don't know the exact reason behind this and often getting confused and breaking our heads to know what went wrong on our part in making the Lord happy with our prayers. Here I am going to share few points regarding how we can impress our Guru. The GURU may be Sri Raghavendra or Sri Sai baba or any other saint.

The main reason behind all our problems is the lack of 'strong faith' in our Great Guru. That's why we suffer a lot in our life. Remember whatever Powerful Mantras or Poojas you do, it is NOT worth unless and until you have strong faith in our GURU. The reason behind our failure/sufferings in our life is that we don't know what to do in order to have strong faith and how to do it and that is what am going to share with you all few techniques which I hope would help you to develop strong faith in our Guru. Remember this technique can be applied to any Guru (Saints) you worship. It may be Sai baba or Guru Raghavendra or Swami Samarth or Ramana magarishi, etc..

Try these techniques if you want.

Some of the Easy methods of getting the blessings from our Guru:

1. Naama Saptah:

We can tell our Guru's Naama throughout a day for as many times as possible. This would help us to remember our Guru for the whole day. Just try telling your Guru's Naama for atleast 100 times a day and see the changes that will happen in your life. You can tell this while you are driving a vehicle, doing your work, while walking, playing and don't hesitate that others would laugh at you by doing this. Once you make it as a habbit, you will find the difference.

2. Paatha Abhishekaam to Guru:

It is one of the finesh methods we can follow to impress our Guru easily and get our problems solved in our life. If you have the idol/photo of your Guru, after you had bath, do the abhishekaam to the Feet of the Guru. Feet is the most important part of the human body as per the words from the Great Guru 'Shirdi Sai baba'. This is also the easiest way to melt the heart of our Guru as he will easily impressed with his approach. Remember
while doing it, tell in your mind to Him what you need from Him. He will surely give it to you. Try it.

3. Meditate that you are doing Paatha Abhishekaam to your Mother:

After you wake up in the morning, sit erect in your place and close your eyes for 2 minutes and start imagining that you are doing the abhishekaam to the Feet of your Mother with water and Milk. As you all know that we came to this world thru our Mother only and She is the first God for us and getting Her blessings would really save us from lots of troubles. You don't even tell this to your mother that you are doing this in your mind. Try it and see the changes in your life.

4. Reading the greatness / miracles of your Guru:

You can read the greatness / miracles of your Guru thru holy books. e.g. Read Sai Satcharitharam, Raghavendra Sostram,... and absorb the essence of it and share with your friends/family members. Guru will be impressed very much as He always like his devotees to Praise him.

5. Give food to the poor:

Make it as a habbit that you do Annadhan atleast once in a week. You can even feed domestic animals daily. God is present in any form. While doing this, tell Guru's mantra frequently.

6. Tell your wishes in your mind:
Before you start any work daily, tell in your mind that you want His help, success for all your works and protect Him in whatever work you undertake. Speak to Him in your mind as often as possible and then naturally Guru will start speaking with you one day. You may think how Guru can speak to us. Just try and see the difference.

7. Attending Baajans:
Singing Lord's praise in the form of Baajans will please the Guru a lot.

8. Doing Human Service
It is the ultimate thing which would really impress our Guru very much. Help the needy, visit the orphanage and do the needful whenever you can. This is 1000 times worth when compared to visiting any holy shrines.Try it and see.

NOTE: Doing these would definitely create a strong faith in your inner mind and ultimately impress the Guru and you can easily get His blessings.

First of all, don't think that you have done any mistakes by not worshipping a Guru. Be happy that you came to know atleast now the importance of having 'Guru' in our life and remember it is not too late. You can worship ANY guru you like very much. It is upto your choice and Guru is the one who can guide us well in all our ways and show us the right path and save us from all the known and unknown troubles in our life and it is essential to have Guru in our life. Even to get the blessings of any God, You need His Help. As you know well that there is a saying that 'Maatha (mother) -> Pithaa (father) -> Guru (teacher) -> Theivam (god)' and it shows the order clearly.
