    Thanks, deepthy.
For 2 people, 2 tsp is ok.But for 3, take 2 heaped tsp, for 4, take 3 tsp & for 6, 4 heaped tsp. Don't take directly proportional, but still increase gradually.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Hi Chitvish,
Made 'Lapsi Adai' with tomato-onion chutney and mor kuzhambu. It was a very tasty with the onions added and was a healthy option for dinner. Me and DH are not much Lapsi lovers, because all that I have eaten is the upma, but your variety of dishes prompts me to try more of these. Thanks so much for the recipe! :)

Seeing aparna's post, I remembered to give feedback for the mor kuzhambu, I made it with the jiffy mor kuzhambu powder which I had made from your recipe. So jiffy, so yummy,! Thanks for this too.

    Dear Chithumma,
I made Cabbage Lapsi Adai, with mambazha instant morkuzhambu! lapsi adai was so good. cabbage gave it a crunchiness too! the instant morkuzhambu literally took 5 minutes to prepare, that is the time for the seasoning and mambazham to cook.

Made dates walnut bread and chocolate fudge brownies for new year. Kids loved both!

I had made aravana payasam for ayyappa pooja here on saturday, it came out so well! also made cabbage, carrot, beans kootu for the dinner there for 100 people. coming saturday there is padi poojai and they are doing neivedyam one payasam for each padi! I have picked pal adai pradaman. Also making rasam for the dinner. these weekly saturday ayyappa poojas at temple are very good, singing bhajans for 3 hours is total bliss!

Thanks, Damini. Though traditionally made with kadalai, there is nothing wrong in using channa. This kuzambu makes almost a meal!! It must have tasted great with ven pongal!:tongue
    A must-try for me!:-D
    Love,
    Chithra.
