    Hi,
I am Radha.Nowadays everybody is interested to have healthy food.
I feel one should have eating habits according to their age and how much calories they need for their daily activities.young people can eat rich food since they can burn the calories but people who are in miiddle age and above should be careful in what they are eating. I think if one can avoid fried items and sweets that is enough. we should stick to regular timings for our breakfast lunch and dinner.Breakfast should be heavy and lunch should include green vegatable and dinner has to be light. It is better if we eat only fruits for diiner. It is good to have half a glass of warm water after a heavy meal.It doesnot matter what we eat but what time we eat and the person's age matters.
young people should enjoy what ever they want to eat and should remember to work out and burn out the calories.Others watch what you are eating .But people of all ages should avoid fried stuff. Each food item we eat has something good in it.We should not overeat At any point of time eat only80% of what you can. That is one way of staying healthy.Have breakfast like a king and dinner like a pauper.
Enjoy your food and stay healthy.

    Radha
