Yummy Hawaiian Chicken Salad..Nutritious option with less calories :)

    Hawaii Recepies are always Different and mouth Watering... Here I'm sharing a simple Hawaii Recepie which is simple to prepare and holds good Nutricians..

    Ingrediants:
    1 cup fresh boiled and diced chicken
    1 cup mayonnaise(with less fat for weight watchers)
    1/2 cup fresh cream (Optional for weight watchers)
    1 cup chopped pineapples
    1 cup chopped black olives
    4 fresh lettuce leaves
    1/2 cup diced capsicum
    1 tbsp pineapple syrup - optional
    1 tbsp oregano
    1/2 tsp black pepper pwd
    Few cherries and parsley for garnish


    Preparation:
    1. Mix together fresh cream and mayonnaise in a bowl.
    2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
    3. Now in a serving dish, arrange the lettuce leaves.
    4. Add the salad mixture over it, garnish with chopped parsley and decorate with some cherries.


    1 Cup of Hawaii chicken Salad holds 270 Calories almost.
