i am a 4 3 year old unmarried male, i joined this site just to ask a few stupid questions from experts here and i am hoping i get my answers.

first thing is i could not find a required category where i could post this so admin feel free to move this post around.

my first question:
what are the seasonal fruits in punjab, amritsar listed by each month so i can choose which ones are best to buy in that month.

my second question
i am a patient of primary progressive multiple sclerosis since age 24, bed ridden for almost 12 years now.

my question is is there any cure or alternative ways of healing or perhaps just managing the symptoms so i can lead a better life.
