Does she drink milk, eat cheese or dairy products to get her daily protein/calcium intake?

Have you tried giving raita, shrikand, lassi, buttermilk etc?

Yoghurt gives the good bacteria to the body which helps in digestion. And thats why yoghurt is recommended for kids.
My kid doesnt take yoghurt on daily basis but he drinks milk and loves nuts.So i think his daily calcium intake is ok.
Infact if he doesnt like curd try making curd curry(south Indian/north Indian style) and as Ramyaramani suggested there are so many ways of giving curd to a kid.try them

Thank you all for replying. S he drinks milk and is ok with other dairy. But no curd, buttermilk. I tried giing raita, lassi, flavoured curds. Nothing seems to work out. He used to eat Mor kuzhambu earlier but now a big no to that too. I will try giving him Strawberry smoothie and Shrikand as You suggested. Hope he likes!!
