Hi All,
Greetings for the day!

I reside in tambaram, & i want to join yoga class , i have enquired many but the cost is very high like 2000 for 8-10 classes per month, hence
i want ur help to suggest some non-money motive yoga classes or free classes in & around.

You can get in touch with Janu Yoga Center at Nanganallur.they teach yoga at a very low fee.

I am also searching yoga classes in Ambattur O.T. what about Art of living Meditation Centre? any one had personal experience??????

Dear ooviya, i attended the art of living 5 days classes 12 years ago.The experience itself is wonderful.Join it & experience, you wont regret it.It teaches sudarshana kriya, & some yoga techniques & meditation.
