    WAS OUTSTATION;THEN TOOK TIME TO RE ENERGIZE ;
    4/5 : 40 minutes yoga conditioning workout
    5/5: 2 miles burn body fat indoor walking for 30 minutes and 11 minutes of arms,shoulders toning.
    6/5- Zen sculpt by Kathy Smith for 43 minutes. Used 1 kg dumbbells.

    7/5: 25 minutes of low impact for beginners cardio workout by Body Project and 20 minutes of 100% low impact cardio/recovery workout session. Both good ones.Totalling 45 minutes.

    May Workouts

    01/05 - Walk 5.5 km slow pace. Did some stretching exercise at home.
    02/05 - Walk 4.5 km slow pace. Did bicep curls, triceps 15 reps. Some stretching.
    03/05 - Walk 6.5 km slow pace.
    04/05 - Nil
    05/05 - 6 km walk
    06/05 - 5 km walk
    07/05 - Nil

    8/5: 25 minutes of cardio interval workout from Body project, 10 minutes of Ab exercises with weights-15 minutes of arms toning with 1 kg dumbbells.Used 8 pounds for biceps and overhead triceps extensions.

    10 minutes of core abdominal workout with weights.

    25/5 : 45 minutes of the Complete workout. A German trainer. Good cardio plus weights.
    Did some ab exercises and neck stretches after this.

    26/5 : Started with some core aerobics for 25 minutes. Then 22 minutes of toning workout with weights. 2.2 pounds dumbbells.
