    March 29: 30 minutes of beginner/intermediate cardio interval workout by Body project.
    Jane fond`s toning workout session for 35 minutes. Used 8 pound dumbbells mostly except for lateral raises.

    Sat - walked 12 km in all (not particularly walk for walking sake, but just doing the general weekend chores)
    Sun - walked 2 km
    Mon - No walk
    Tue - Walked 4.5 km with a friend (to the library and back - took a longer route)

    Returned from my outdoor work last night.

    April 6:Did 30 minutes cardio .10 minutes of arms and shoulders toning. Ab workout,Butt workout,for few minutes and neck stretches.

    Both slow pace

    Tue - 11/4 - played badminton for 1 hr

    April 8: 25 minutes of cardio interval workout.
    15 minutes of toning exercises using 1 kg dumbbells.

    April 9: 45 minutes of yoga conditioning.

    April 10: 2 mile Burn body fat indoor walking with 1 kg dumbbells for 30 minutes.
    10 minutes of arms and shoulders toning workout
    3 minutes of butt toning
    Few ab exercises.

    15/4 - walked 1 hr, did some arm workout with 0.5 kg dumbells.
    16/4 - walked 4.5 km in 1 hr.
    17/4 - walked 4 km around 1 hr.
