    March 17 to 20: Been working out different types of exercises from the you tube for minimum 35 to 40 minutes.
    March 20: Pilates workout level 1 -35 minutes.

    March 21: Full sweeping mopping the house....
    Bikini ready fast by Ellen barret plus additional pilates for ABs routine for 40 minutes. Very good set of workouts.used 1 kg dumbbells. Neck exercises.

    March 24: Did the burn body fat 2 mile indoor walking workout -30 minutes Then, arms and shoulders toning workout for 10 minutes.
