    Feb 23: Burn body fat 2 miles walk and 14 minutes of arm toning with 1 kg weights. 20 reps each of upper abs,lower abs,pelvic thrusts and 10 reps each side obliques.

    March 6: 1 mile indoor walk in the morning.
    2 miles burn body fat walking workout with 1 kg dumbbells.
    10 minutes of arms workout.
    20 reps each of upper and lower abs,10 reps obliques.

    March 7: Did the express walk 1 mile and Abdominals workout. Total 25 minutes.

    March 8: 30 minutes indoor walking workout by Ellen barret.
    12 minutes of arm toning with Rebecca louise. Used 8 pounds for most exercises and 1 kg dumbbells for lateral raises.

    March 8 : This evening did a body sculpting workout from Ellen Barret Zen sculpt video. A good workout for 40 minutes.

    March 9: Did a 30 minutes segment consisting of cardio, upper body and lower body -10 minutes each segment. Used 1 kg dumbbell. This is an Ellen barret workout for women.

    March 9 : Did a Jane fonda body toning workout for 45 minutes. Used 8 pound dumbbells for most and 1 kg for lateral raises andtriceps extensions the 2nd time. Used ankle weights for the leg workouts.
    An over all good toning session.

    March 10: 2 mile burn body fat indoor walking workout and some arm workouts.
    March 11: 1 mile walk and Jane fonda`s body toning workout number 2. Used 8 pound dumbbells where it was necessary and 1 kg ankle weights.
