    Feb 5: Did indoor walking -burn body fat 2 miles workout with 1 kg weights and abdominal workouts

    Feb 6: Did 30 minutes of cardio walk plus toning routine.
    After this did
    10 minutes of Abdominal workout-a combined one 10 reps/3 sets
    10 reps/3 sets of glutes exercise
    15 reps/2 sets of chest exercise with 8 pound dumbells.:banana:

    Feb 7: Did the full sweeping mopping of the new place and i was literally panting for breath. This took care of my cardio.
    Did 30 minutes upper body workout of Kathy smith . Used 8 pounds and 1 kg dumbbells for different exercises. A very good one. 12 reps/2 sets each and some were 16 reps.

    Feb 8: Did Cardio plus toning workout for 40 minutes from an indoor workout series.
    Feb 10- Did a 30 minutes indoor walking workout.

    Hi Friends,
    I just joined gym a week ago.. my current weight is 66 kg.. by following below diet, i managed to reduce around 10 kg of post-preg weight in the last 1.5 years.. but I am stuck at 66 kg.. I want to follow some diet which I can sustain for a long; just dont want to do crash diet like only oats, fruits, brown breads etc.. can I reach 56 kg just by following the same diet and 1 hour work out 6 days a week? or should i follow stricter diet?

    8 am - small cup of coffee with 3 marie biscuits (somedays I even skip it)
    10 am - 3 idly/2 dosa/bowl of corn flakes/upma/poha - usually avoid oily foods like poori
    2 pm - usually rice with dhal, sometimes chapati with dhal
    6 pm - small cup of coffee with 3 marie biscuits
    9 pm - 2 chapatis with veg sabzi

    I usually eat out on Sat evenings..
    Friends, please suggest me if i need to modify this diet to lose 10 kgs or just work out is enough?

    Feb 13: A brisk walk for 45 minutes this morning.

    Feb 14,15,16: A mix of cardio and weights exercises and ab workout for 10 minutes
    Feb 17: Happy 3 miles indoor walking.

    Feb 18 and 19: 40 minutes of indoor walking workout-3 miles walk.
    Feb 20: 30 minutes of cardio plus toning without weights.Interval workout.

    Feb 21: 30 minutes of interval cardio workout by cardio starter 1
    Feb 22: 1 mile happy walk plus 30 minutes of interval cardio workout by cardio starter 2.
