    Nov 2: Down with sinus infection past 5 days.
    Did a weights workout using 8 pound dumbbells and abdominals workout for 20 minutes today.

    NOV 3: A brisk walk for 45 minutes this morning. Divided walk first 25 minutes then 20 minutes.

    NOV 4: PRE NATAL yoga for 30 minutes.
    NOV 5: A brisk walk for 40 minutes this morning.

    NOV 6: 30 minutes of Cardio intermediate workout. Could not do the jumping jacks as my knees hurt so did spot jogging during such exercises that were strenous to the knees.

    NOV 8: Did a fat burner easy workout for 40 minutes.But some moves were tiring;not easy at all.Used 1 kg dumbbells for the exercises.

    Nov 9.10.11- Brisk walk for 35 minutes.

    Nov 10: Also did some toning workouts with 8 pound dumbbells and abdominal toning also.
