Work in Philadelphia downtown, housing in New jersey

Hello,
My husband got a new job in Comcast center, Philadelphia and we are moving there in another two weeks from San Antonio, TX. We have no idea of the Philly/New Jersey suburbs and I need your help in deciding a better place to live. I have a 3 yr old son. My husband can commute to office in train, so our top priority is to find a good pre school in a safe neighborhood. We are considering Cherry Hill/ Mt.Laurel/ Princeton area in the respective order. We have identified Goddard schools in these area.
Please suggest me on the following questions.
1. I don't drive, so I am looking for an apartment near to any of the good preschools (preferably Goddard school), so that I can walk or take bus service to drop off / pick up my son from the school. Ladies living nearby pre-schools, please help me.
Are there any preschools that has transportation service?
2. We are looking for an apartment with good indian population. Which area has sizable indian population?
3. Are there any people working in Philly downtown ad commuting from Cherry Hill/Mt. Laurel.
4. We are considering King Of Prussia/ Exton areas also provided the pre-school is near by apartment community.
