Who Decide Your Friends?

Not necessarily. It depends whether your H's friend's wife shares the same wavelength as you are. Only like minded people with interest can become friends. Otherwise, you can continue formal relationship for the sake of it.
At the same time, you can find your own friends and enjoy.

One of my H's friend's wife has become my good friend. Another is becoming closer too.
But after a point of formal interactions, we are on our own. I mean, we wives have our own whatsapp or personal engagements, and it is not always a group thing.
