Hello, everyone..I wanted to tell something about me is like that, I basically indulged with issues related to our health. As per I've studied Ayurveda, There are many ways to be healthier with the guidance of Ayurveda. Like there copper deficiencies found in many people. Because, Requirement of Copper can not be fulfilled by our routine diet, That's why ancient people preferred to drink water in copper vessels.
