white heads please help

Dear OP,

First of all, it's important that you resist the urge to pick on them or pop them - or they could become infected and result in scarring.

The best thing I would suggest is to get it seen to by a professional beautician or dermatologist...if the problem is severe.
They could tell you if what you have are the regular whiteheads or milia.
If it is as I suspect, a mild form of milia ( trapped dead skin cells that form little white bumps ), then usually it will clear up on its own.

In the meantime, mild exfoliation might help a lot.
You can try this at home, but please DO NOT use those harsh commercial facial scrubs.
Use oatmeal to gently exfoliate your skin. You could do this every alternate day, until the bumps clear up.

Here are a few other things that might help:

Make sure you allow your face to breathe - avoid heavy makeup that clogs up your skin.
Stay out of direct sun as much as possible.
Drink lots of water and add more veggies to your daily diet.

 

I did have some whitehead on my nose before, but I now regularly use a facial scrub from Lotus herbals or any herbal scrub. So mine is now okay.
Make sure you regularly wash your face with mild soap or facial wash.
