    Aarna,
Uma has given you the best idea to buy the Usha Janome ' Stitch Magic' and it is worth buying it.Still if you want to go for a higher end model then you can buy the Usha Janome 'Dream Maker 120'. which is still easier and has added features. The cost of it is 30,000 rs.

If you want a nice finish to your projects try Juki models compare on Amazon.in if want local models then besides Usha there is Novel with lots of accessories and reajesh with lots of stitch options
If you are a beginner then don't. opt for computerised models
If your are a professional then go for semi industrial or tailor models.
Juki has some of the best models as far as my knowledge and can sew leather too in household models and are very less troublesome.
search the net and then decide according to your priority.
    Thanks hope it helps
