Which Mop Do You Use For Mopping The Kitchen Floor In Usa?

    Hi all,
    Which mop do you use for kitchen floor mopping?
    I use a normal mop with cotton threads/pads. I saw some wet pads available in the store which can be attached to the mop stick. Is it effective?
    I am not sure how does it work. I haven't tried it yet.

    Also, do anyone have steam mopping? Is it good? I just wanna try either steam mopping stick or the wet pad ones. Looking for some reviews or feedback.
    Any inputs?

    Our previous house was wall to wall carpet. That time it was just kitchen. So I was using this. Now full house is hardwood floors. Still using same.

    I am currently in a full house hardwood floor and using a mop like the one you are using.
    I am moving to a new apartment which has full carpet except kitchen. So, i need to mop only the kitchen.. As you mentioned, i think this mop will work better for my new house too.. thank you...

    Just another question come to my mind.. So just posting here... You stay in both carpet and hardwood floor houses right? Which one do you prefer and which one is best in your opinion?
    I have never been in carpet floor before and stayed in the hardwood floor house for 2+ years..

    Hardwood floors easy to clean like India we can mop n sweep. But have to do daily or every other day (read two times a day with small kids).

    Carpet can be vaccines once a week. Only adult or big kids 15days once also can b done.

    But anything spilled on carpet is mess to clean..
